Time Adventure Challenge 2018

The Time Adventure Challenge is the latest cycling and running event in Gaborone, Botswana taking place annually at the Mokolodi Nature Reserve. The 2018 Time Adventure Challenge is a four-leg relay race, made up of the following four stages:

10km Trail Run
15km Mountain Biking Trail
15km Mountain Biking Trail
5km Trail Run

Each team will setup outside the transition circle area, where each member will pass through the timing gantry to meet up with their team/supporters to do the changeover. The next member will get back into the transition circle, pass through the timing gantry and continue with the next leg of the race.

There will be a water point at the transition point where the team members/supporters will be based. There will also be a cup of water for the 10km runners on leg 1.

Enter a team, brand your team and invite your team’s family members and non-participating staff to come and support their colleagues. Drinks and food will be for sale, so please do not bring your own. Each supporter will be required to hand in a completed indemnity form in order to gain access on race day. Indemnity forms can be collected at the race registration and collection point on Friday, 8 July 2016.

There are a number of easy ways that you can enter and pay for the Time Adventure Challenge 2018. In order for your entry to be valid, you must complete and submit the online entry form and indemnity form and pay the prescribed fee. The first 400 entries will each receive the Time Rotary Short Sleeve Quick-Wicking T-Shirt and an official racing time.

ENRTY FEES:
Individuals – P300 per person
Social Relay Teams – P900 per team, 2 – 4 members per team
Corporate Relay Teams – P1500 per team, 2 – 4 members per team

All proceeds from entry fees and funds raised from the Time Adventure Challenge 2017 will be donated to charity after the event.
