Camps Selinda Explorer's Camp is the smaller and slightly more rustic sister to the Selinda Camp and offers a more traditional african safari experience. With only 4 en-suite meru-tents it guarantees a more private experience on the 320,000 hectare Selinda Concession in northern Botswana. The main area has a dining hall and lounge but where possible time is spent enjoying a variety of activities the camp has to offer. You can chose from guided day and night game drives, bushwalks and even canoeing along the waterways (subject to waterlevels). Younger travellers can chose to participate in the Young Explorers Program which offers a deeper insight into wildlife, specifically tailored to children. This beautiful region is great for seeing both predator and big game with large herds of elephant traversing through the region, especially in winter. In addition they have very high success rates for seeing the African Wild Dog. Selinda Explorer's Camp is accessible only by light aircraft with the nearest international airports located in Maun (MUB) and Kasane (BBK).
