Meno A Kwena Tented Camp is set on the edge of a cliff overlooking the beautiful Boteti River which started flowing again in 2008 after a dry spell of approximately 15 years. The camp has 9 en-suite safari tents which which can cater to families and are suited to guests who's priority lies in comfort and extraordinary views rather than absolute luxury. The main area houses a dining room, lounge, library, bar and swimming pool. Although it is a great destination year round if you are particularly interested in wildilfe you may like to witness the Zebra and Wildebeest migration which usually travels through the region between July and October. During your stay you can partake in game drives, bushwalks with the local San, boat cruises (subject to water levels) or based on a minimum 3 nights stay you will have the opportunity to sleep out under the stars on the salt pans (weather permitting and usually only takes place between July-October). This camp is accessible by light aircraft, self-drive or alternatively transfers are offered from/to Maun on a daily basis.
