Camps
Lagoon camp is located on the northern edge of the Kwando Concession, situated on the banks of the Kwando River which forms a natural border between Botswana and Namibia. The camp itself is nestled between marula and ebony trees which is an ideal habitat for a variety of birds and mammals. The camp has 8 en-suite tented rooms, each with and indoor and outdoor shower, a lounge and private viewing deck. The main area of Lagoon Camp has a dining room, bar and lounge, small library, curio shop and plunge pool. A number of guided activities are on offer including day and night game drives, bush walks, boat cruises and the opportunity to fish (seasonal). The camp is ideal for guests looking to see predators and also has a high concentration of elephant and buffalo amongst others. It is a great destination to visit year round but particularly rich in wildlife during the dry winter months. The camp is only accessibly by light aircraft and the nearest airport is located in Maun (MUB).
