Camp Xakanaxa

Botswana

Camps
Camp Xaxanaxa is one of only three camps located inside the world renowned Moremi Game Reserve. The camp is part of the Desert & Delta family which runs a number of successful luxury camps throughout northern Botswana. The camp has 12 elevated en-suite tented rooms built in a classical safari style, each with an en-suite bathroom and private wooden deck overlooking the Xaxanaxa lagoon. The main area houses an elegant lounge with a small library and plunge pool, sala with daybed and a boma. The lodge is surrounded by riverine forest and offers guided activities including game drives and boat cruises. Wildlife watching is more consistent year round in this area with sightings of big game, predators and a number of antelope reported on a regular basis. The Camp can be accessed via self-drive as well as light aircraft transfer with the nearest international airport situation in Maun (MUB).
