Description

Chobe National Park was Botswana’s first national park, known for its biological diversity and high concentration of wildlife. Arriving early increases your chances to see a variety of animals, including large herds of elephants, lions, leopards, buffalo, sable, giraffes, and numerous bird species.

You will be picked up from your Victoria Falls hotel at 5:00 AM. The drive to the park takes just over an hour and includes pickup and drop-off from Zimbabwe accommodations. Once inside the park, your professional guide with extensive local knowledge will lead a game drive through different ecosystems: dense woodlands, savannahs, and floodplains.

After the game drive, enjoy lunch at Chobe Safari Lodge. Then embark on a 3-hour boat cruise on the Chobe River, viewing elephants, hippos, crocodiles, and diverse birdlife close to the water. The cruise concludes with the sunset over the river before returning to your hotel late evening.
