Description
Chobe National Park is located in northern Botswana near the Okavango Delta. The park is known for large herds of elephants and Cape buffalo gathering along the Chobe Riverfront during dry months. The woods and lagoons around Linyanti Marsh are home to lions, antelopes, and hippos. Savuti Marsh’s floodable grasslands attract various bird species and migrating zebras.
The tour begins with hotel pickup and a drive to Chobe National Park. Start with a riverboat cruise to observe hippos, crocodiles, and other wildlife at the river’s edge. Follow with a game drive along the Chobe River en route to the campsite inside the park.
After setting up camp, enjoy dinner followed by an overnight stay. On the next morning, take an additional game drive before returning to Kasane, where the safari concludes.
