Description

Start the day with pickup from Livingstone (Zambia) or Victoria Falls (Zimbabwe) between 7:00 and 7:30 AM. Travel approximately one hour to the Kazungula border post, where you will complete immigration procedures and cross into Botswana (Kasane).

From Kasane, transfer by boat across the Chobe River to Impalila Island in Namibia. Join a guided village walk to learn about Namibian traditions, then climb the ancient baobab tree for expansive views of four countries. Take time for birdwatching along the river channels.

Return by boat to Kasane by late morning, followed by lunch either as a picnic or at a lodge. In the afternoon, enter Chobe National Park for a three-hour game drive to observe wildlife including elephants, lions, buffalo, giraffes, and various antelope species.

If preferred, substitute the game drive with a boat cruise on the Chobe River to view animals from the water. The tour concludes with a return transfer to Livingstone or Victoria Falls, arriving by early evening.
